Zachary holds a B.A. in International Relations from Hendrix College and has previous experience in the relocation industry.
He holds PHR and SHRM-CP professional Human Resource designations as well as certifications in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®), Birkman Method®, and Wiley’s Everything DiSC® assessments. As PorterBay Insight’s Learning and Development Consultant, Zachary designs and delivers public and custom learning programs. In 2013, he was co-developer and facilitator for The MindBrew Learning Series, public seminars designed for nonprofit organizations.
Zachary is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Greater St. Louis and serves on the College Relations Committee. He is a 2014 graduate of Focus St. Louis’ Emerging Leaders program.
Zachary has a particular focus on developing effective communication and workplace strategies for emerging and mid-level leaders.
